NASA has released stunning new images of the universe by combining the power of the James Webb Space Telescope and the Chandra X-ray Observatory.

The US Space Agency (ƝASA) has just released the latest four space images, giving people a glimpse of two galaxies: a nebula and a star cluster.
The image was taken from X-ray and infrared data collected by the Chandra Observatory, the James Webb Space Telescope and the Hubble Space Telescope.
“Four photos capture things that cannot be seen with the naked eye”ƝASA said in a statement.

NGC346 is a star cluster in the Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC) dwarf galaxy, about 200,000 light-years from Earth.
Star cluster NGC346 resembles a large city and could house hundreds or even millions of stars.
Using the James Webb Telescope, man was able to see these regions of gas and dust as a pinkish-purple haze interspersed with bright stars.
Also according to NASĄ, the Chandra data also revealed the existence of young, hot and massive stars, emitting strong winds from the surface.
Additionally, the image observed from Handra also shows a purple cloud, which is believed to be a remnant of a supernova explosion caused by a massive star.
Spiral galaxy NGC1672

Astronomers classify NGC1672 as a spiral galaxy “rod” depending on its shape. It is about 60 million light-years from Earth.
The image analyzed by Chandra shows that the black hole is “digesting” the stars around it, the remnants of a supernova explosion and neutron stars.

Messier74 (M74) is 32 million light-years from Earth and is also a spiral galaxy like our Milky Way.
However, M74 is also sometimes referred to as a “ghost galaxy” because it is relatively dim and difficult to observe with a telescope as it is smaller than some other galaxies.
According to NASA, infrared images from the James Webb Space Telescope show gas and dust surrounding M74, while data from Chandra “captures” the energetic activity of stars in the galaxy.
Meanwhile, optical data from the Hubble Telescope shows additional stars and dust in dust lanes.

Messier16 (M16), also known as the Eagle Nebula, is located approximately 6,500 light-years from Earth.
ƁThe photo captured a famous celestial region commonly referred to as “pillars of creation”made up of dense clouds of dust and gas – the same place where emerging stars are in the early stages of formation.
