In a joint announcement, ISA and WIS said the two agencies’ project is expected to help scientists achieve a breakthrough in the detection and analysis of many transient astronomical events such as transits, star formation at neutrons and supernova explosions.

The telescope has an unprecedented wide viewing angle (204 square degrees) Helps scientists explore the universe with an extragalactic volume 100 times larger than observatories on Earth.
